Donate to the Arboretum

The Arboretum gives us a sense of wonder in our natural world; vistas to enjoy, new plant varieties to inspire, and green space for our children to explore. Some of us choose to give to the Annual Appeal, Friends of The Arboretum Campaign, Fall Harvest Festival, memorial and tributes, or gifts to our Community Foundation Endowment Fund.

Some of us choose to give one time a year.  Others choose to give more than once a year.  We have different interests, so we have different ways to give:

Annual Appeal.  As we put The Arboretum to bed for the season, we celebrate and say “thank you” for another successful season with an end-of-the-year, tax-deductible gift.

Friends of The Arboretum Campaign.  After a long winter rest, the gardens once again come to life.  We look forward to another season at The Arboretum, and renew our membership in "Friends of The Arboretum."  Friends receive special admission privileges and many other benefits to over 200 botanical gardens, arboreta, and conservatories throughout North America, Canada, and the Virgin Islands.

The Fall Harvest Festival.  Sponsors of the festival receive publicity and festival benefits, as their support allows 5000 families and community members to enjoy The Arboretum.

Memorials and Tributes.  The Arboretum is a place to collectively celebrate and remember, and we do this through gifts of monetary memorial and tributes.

Foundation Grants and Public Grants.  Gifts are designated to meet current needs for garden improvements, increase marketing efforts to raise community awareness, and enhance educational programming.

Community Foundation Endowment Fund.  Endowment contributions secure The Arboretum’s future as gifts are invested and continue to grow while The Arboretum uses annual interest to fund the operating budget.
