Market Vendor Application

Market Vendor Spaces are open to anyone selling handmade goods, consultants from direct sales programs such as Lularoe, non-profit organizations, or businesses looking to do promotion of their products and services. No political groups are accepted. Market vendors cannot sell food at their booths. Only one seller from each direct sales program will be allowed and all products must be family friendly. Spaces are offered on a first-come-first-serve basis. The event is held rain or shine.

 

Event Date & Time:

Saturday, September 22nd- 11-4
Sunday, September 23rd- 11-4

 

Cost (includes registration fee) 

  • 1 day, single stall: $30
  • 1 day, 2 stalls: $60
  • 2 days, 1 stall: $50
  • 2 days, 2 stalls: $100

Registration fee must accompany the application

Forms and fee must be in before August 17th, 2018

 

"Pay Now" button is located at the bottom of this page. In order to receive your confirmation you will need to submit the form on the page FIRST, then submit payment for your booth(s). Payment must be received at the time of application. 

 

Booths

10 X 10 space provided - Booth (trailer, tent, tables, chairs) to be provided by the exhibitor.  No electricity is available

 

Set up and Tear Down

Admission to grounds/unloading 8:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
No vehicles will be allowed in the vendor area between 10:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Tear down can start at 4:00 p.m.
There is no formal security presence at the Arboretum for those leaving materials overnight.

 

Sale of any food or beverage items is not allowed by Market Vendors. If you have food items please contact the Arboretum office at 319-226-4966 for more information.

 

Publicity

Widespread multimedia coverage will include newspapers, radio, TV, posters, and cable advertising of the event. 

 

Accommodations

Food, entertainment, and restrooms will be available on the grounds the day of the event

If application is accepted, you accept full responsibility for all liability for damages to persons or property arising out of our use and occupancy of these premises. You understand that there is no security provided for those leaving materials overnight. We further understand that the premises being used are the property of the Cedar Valley Arboretum. We also understand that the Arboretum does not assume any responsibility for damages or losses that may occur to the vendor, its employees, its agents, or its property by reason of its occupancy. We further agree to indemnify the Cedar Valley Arboretum for any and all damages which they may incur due to our use and occupancy of the premises. Once accepted, no refunds will be issued. We further understand that no food or beverage sales are allowed.
