We thank you for choosing the Cedar Valley Arboretum & Botanic Gardens for your important day! The Arboretum gives a one-of-a-kind space to share in the moments that make life special, and we're so excited you're interested in having us be a part of it!
Weddings are one of our most popular events held at the Arboretum, whether your guest list is a few close friends and family, or a longer guest list, we want to make your wedding day special. When you host your wedding at the Arboretum, we are more than a venue.
We are happy to answer questions about catering, rentals, decor, photographers & videographers, and more as you plan your special day.
Saturday Weddings - Beginning Rate at $2,000
$1,000 Deposit to reserve date, the final $1,000 due the week before your rental. Additional add-ons will increase your rental rate.
$2,000 fee Includes:
- 8 Hrs of base rental time*
- 1 Hr rehearsal the night before
- Use of the Education Center (if available)
- 100 Chairs
- 11 Six-foot, rectangular tables
- 6 Five-foot, rectangular tables
*Additional rental time may be available depending on your date. All rental activity must be completed before 9:00 PM.
Non-Saturday Weddings - Beginning Rate at $1,000
4 hrs. of use - $1,000
5-8 hrs. of use - $1,500
Half of the total rental cost is needed to reserve the date.
Additional add-ons will increase rental rates.
